[Simple 3D Board Game Film]

Not bad

definitely a cool start on 3d animation, there wasn't really much of a plot or anything though and although the boardgame was well made its god to keep in mind, that it's not how many 3d objects you have it's how interesting they are, start on a minimalist mindset, and make simple yet effective scenery for your next experiment in 3d, you will find you can really do a lot with just a little, and the composition won't seem so busy. I'm speaking from a classical art standpoint, but the concept does carry over into 3d design.

Nice

Coulda used shading on the characters, but it still gets a 10 from me, this was a GREAT flash, the timing to the music choreography and camera angles were excellent, the whole thing was truly a joy to watch.

I was thinking about doing some shading, but then I ended up being too lazy. I think it would make a pretty nice finishing touch, though. I might update it someday, but it's sorta unlikely. Anyhow, glad you liked it.

especially, for a first, you should add the music you were thinking about though, and It would be better than silence, the white on black was a very cool work with your fbf-ing, keep up the animation man, you have a talent for it.

Thanks for the input! In retrospect, I should have at least given it a fitting music loop or something, but the song I originally had in mind has very specific turning points and I'd have to stretch it out again in order for it to "feel" right.

not bad, characters are a bit small though, and you could use some Background music, oh and you misspelled chronicles, other that that, you've got yourself a nice little spriteflash.

Hilarious

The standoff scene between Dan, waeponry, and her doppleganger was fucking hilarious, and the cherry on top was the headshot bandage in the next scene, Oh,. and the Antagonizer's "stompy feet" during Dans explanation was pretty funny too. Seriously man, you need to go to comedy central with this and pitch them the Idea for an Adult Swim cartoon slot. This stuff is just too frickin' good.

I like how every time they were explaining themselves, Dan would just freak out and dissapear before they could finish, The Croctopus was pretty cool too, not to mention the awesome grotesquetry of the turkey tree.

Probably one of the funniest sudden endings I've ever seen, the look on the kids face when he was waiting in anticipation was priceless, I was thinking about adding some of your movies to my favorites, but all your shit is so great, that I'm going to have to add you to favorite artists instead.

I enjoyed that a lot, you have good claymation skills and I just refferred another claymator to you for help because from seeing this film I can tell you know a lot about claymation. Also, nice choice of music, I think it matched the theme very well. The movement was also pretty smooth, what frame rate did you use?

Thanks for the comment - as for me knowing a lot about claymation: this is my 1st ever try at claymation and the only thing that bothers me about it is that it's time consuming - other than that it's fun :P

And i used 20 FPS, it's written in the credits of the Animation :)

The style of text and the music matched very well with the theme, good drawings especially on backgrounds, wish it were a bit longer though.

Definitely... I wish it were longer too. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough to look over this properly, and I'm still doing work for class. So, I posted it up anyway, I'm probably not gonna get back to it, so I'll make the next animation better.
